The book’s construction interrupts the familiar act of opening and reading, asking the reader to find a way into a secluded world where time is sensed through shifting light. It grew out of a period when days were spent on the sofa and nights in bed. Summer light, moving shadows and changing colours became a way of tracing time. Occasionally, it was possible to get up, take a photograph and return to the sofa. This listing presents the Limited Edition. The work also exists as an Artist Edition of five unique, numbered and signed copies. Each copy is handmade by the artist.
