Pause Between Thought and Action

In his series, ’Pause Between Thought and Action’, comprised of 40 abstract luminograms, Gustafsson has experimented with light and light sensitive paper. Employing chance as a tool or method, the artist has made use of whatever was available in his studio as props, including his own body and the bodies of friends. Between February 2022 and September 2023, the full series is on public display at the Mariatorget subway station in Stockholm.
