Based in north east England, I explore the uneasy intersections between industry and the natural world. I am drawn to landscapes shaped by extraction, abandonment, and the persistence of human ambition. I investigate how industry leaves its mark on terrain and the atmosphere of these altered spaces. My images dwell on the aftermath: unease, claustrophobia, isolation and the quiet poetry of utilitarian spaces.
