




Mallakhamb A traditional art form originally derived from India that combines wrestling grips and yoga poses to suspend the body and perform aerial acrobatic movements. Translated from Sanskrit, MallaKhamb means ‘Wrestler-Pole’. Its origins are believed to trace back to the 12th century where it was a training method. Today, men most commonly practice on poles and women on ropes.
