Lüderitz

Lüderitz in central Germany and Lüderitz in the southwest of Namibia are about 12,000 kilometers apart. Despite the distance, the visual connection between the two places reveals something deeper than just the similarity of the names and allows for the renegotiation of German ideas of home as well as Namibia's violent colonial past.
