Islands of the Blest is an archival/curatorial project. The photos depict various places in the American West and were taken over a hundred year time span, from the 1870s through the 1970s. Photographers represented range from the unknown to some of the most distinguished practitioners of the medium. All images were sourced from digital public archives.
