Magic Hour Press

Magic Hour Press is an independent publisher based in Montreal and New York, with a program that mixes contemporary photography, queer legacies, new translations, and reissues. Founded in 2021 by Jordan Weitzman, the press collaborates with artists and estates to produce thoughtfully designed books which invite contemporary discourse & revive lost histories. Magic Hour began in 2015 as a podcast interview series expanding the dialog on contemporary photography with conversations with photographers, publishers, and editors.
